Join us at MINDSET PT for classes to improve and hone in on strength, metabolism, and pliability. We offer a variety of classes weekly Monday through Saturday. Explore classes such as Barre, Yoga, PrimalFit (Kettlebell), and our famed Workout of the Day (WOD). The WOD is our cornerstone class–the programming changes daily, and is developed by doctorate-level physical therapists. All programming is modified to fit each athlete’s ability and safety. Train with us in intimately sized classes. Benefit from trained eyes so injury risk is reduced. Grow your body and mind in an environment that feels safe. Every BODY has an “athlete” in them!
This package also includes a one time Fit3D body composition scan. This 10 minute body scan measures body composition, such as, weight, fat mass, lean mass, and body fat percentage. It measures circumference from the neck, down to the calves. It generates data on an individual’s Basal Metabolic Rate. It also provides a visual 3D rendering, overall health scores (based on scientific metrics), and lastly provides a detailed postural and balance report. Many MINDSET athletes use this as a tool to set goals and re-test progress at future times.
